What is Your Non-negotiable?

On one of my calls this week, a client had discovered one of his non-negotiable habits. He said it improved his morning routine and enhanced his attitude during the day. 

You think I’m going to go into drinking A L L your water, but I’m not. Being hydrated is on the top of the list for feeling F A N T A S T I C. 

My client said that he discovered when he wakes up at the same time every day no matter what, his mindset is more POSITIVE, he has a more ENJOYABLE morning routine, and he feels IN CONTROL of his schedule. 

Even though he doesn’t always go to bed at the same time every night, he knows that the “non-negotiable, wake-up time” sets him up for success better than he could imagine.

I’m sharing this with you because once you have your “non-negotiable, self-care routine” in place, you are free to enjoy what’s really important:

  • Reduced Stress

  • Increased Happiness

  • Clarity and Focus

  • Genuine Connection

What non-negotiable, self-care habit do you want to try first?

…Starting your day with water, a regular wake-up time, daily exercise, gratitude journal, whole foods, positive self-talk, 7-8 hours of solid sleep, meditation/prayer, and the list goes on…

There are lots of apps to help you with a new habit with fun robo-bots to prompt you but there is something about having a session with your coach to share the wins together that is super effective.
