⏰ Time is your most valuable currency that you hold.
I ask myself every day how I want to spend my time.

It is not: “Do I have enough time?”

It is: “Am I investing my time in what matters most?”

And when I am doing that most important thing, I try hard to be in the moment memorizing the details of the engagement or truly focusing on the task at hand.

Leaders (people) who master their calendars don’t just protect their schedules

- they protect their focus, their energy, and their relationships.

At the end of it all, the relationships are the most important.

Coaching our older generation has taught me that long work hours and money in the bank doesn't fill up our love cup like we were promised.

Money is nice and loving your work is the best!

But we also need meaningful connections in every chapter of our life.
