I'm an International Coaching Federation Master Certified Coach (ICF-MCC), a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), a College Professor, a Continuing Education Speaker and the Founder of The Standing Mountain LLC.

My work blends evidence-based practices with the deep transformation as we connect and honor each other.

I've mentored hundreds of students, professionals, and new coaches — and I'm passionate about helping the next generation of leaders rise with integrity, skill, and heart.
